Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, Warehouse complex ALSERKAL WAREHOUSES DIP, number 9 for a Project Manager in the aluminium window and door manufacturing industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the project lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards. The R&D Engineer is an active member of the Innovation Division team. The position reports to the Head of R&D and aims at the design and development of new architectural series, as well as the improvement of existing ones. Main duties: Designs new profiles and components for architectural systems. Draws perspective and parametric drawings of component-profile partnerships in architectural systems. Adheres to series development schedules. Conducts tests and setup of new systems in experimental layouts. Updates the technical catalogs and covers the needs of continuous improvement of the systems. Candidate Profile: Engineering degree from AEI/TEI. 2-4 years of experience as an R&D Engineer is required. Knowledge of aluminum systems would be appreciated. Very good knowledge of PC and English language. Very good knowledge of design programs (AutoCAD & Solidworks). Organization, consistency, confidentiality. The company offers:

The position is part of the R&D department of the company and in particular in the field of Architectural Aluminum Systems. Basic duties: Preparation of technical specifications and drawings for the company's products [aluminum profiles and fittings]. Preparation of technical manuals and product manufacturing and installation specifications. Preparation of technical News Letters. Preparation of plans for measuring the products in the specialized equipment of the company's Quality Control laboratory. Ordering molds for the new products and continuous monitoring of the process from ordering the molds to the successful production of the samples. Preparation of accompanying mold slips. Announcement of codes of the company's products in the company's ERP. Candidate Profile: Graduate of TEI Industrial Design or TEI Mechanical Engineering. Excellent knowledge of AutoCad, Solid Works programs. Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel. Very good knowledge of the English language. Methodology, Organization. Previous experience in the construction industry and in aluminum structures will be highly appreciated. The company offers:
